Job summary

JSW One Platforms in Mumbai is seeking a results-driven professional to support city-level MSME LAP business through sourcing and customer acquisition, and to assist in LAP sourcing for MSME/SME customers. The role involves coordination with Credit, Risk and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and compliant documentation.

You will work with vendor partners, DSAs, and channel connectors to generate leads, onboard new sourcing partners, track progress against targets, and help

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in MSME / SME lending (secured lending exposure preferred).
• NBFC experience preferred (bank + NBFC experience acceptable).
• Basic understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and MSME customer profiles.
