Qualifications

• Established network of DSAs, connectors, and brokers in Mumbai region (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Source LAP business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets.
• Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of secured lending opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships with DSAs, brokers, and financial intermediaries.
• Onboard and activate new DSAs and connectors in target geographies.
• Maintain engagement and drive repeat business from the network.
• Identify and penetrate key micro-markets across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby areas.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure faster turnaround time from login to disbursement.
• Maintain long-term relationships with DSAs, connectors, and high-value customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC and regulatory norms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Sourcing & Revenue Generation

• Source LAP business through DSAs, connectors, brokers, and direct channels
• Achieve monthly and annual disbursement targets
• Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of secured lending opportunities

2. DSA & Connector Network Management

• Leverage existing relationships with DSAs, property brokers, and financial intermediaries
• Onboard and activate new DSAs and connectors in target geographies
• Maintain strong engagement and drive repeat business from the network

3. Market Development (Mumbai Region)

• Identify and penetrate key micro-markets across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and nearby areas
• Track local competition, pricing trends, and customer demand
• Develop territory-level sourcing strategies

4. Deal Structuring Coordination

• Conduct initial customer screening, eligibility checks, and basic financial assessment
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for smooth processing
• Ensure faster turnaround time (TAT) from login to disbursement

5. Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with DSAs, connectors, and high-value customers
• Act as a single point of contact for partners and resolve queries efficiently
• Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention

6. Portfolio Quality & Compliance

• Source quality proposals in line with company credit policy
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with KYC and regulatory norms
• Minimize delinquencies through prudent sourcing
