• 15-17 years of sales experience in General Trade, preferably FMCG.

Responsibilities

Job description

Candidate with 15-17 years of sales experience into General Trade preferably from FMCG.

The role will involve:

• Managing end-to-end retail operations of 12 to15 stores within the assigned circle.
• Drive performance across four key pillars: People, Business, Process and Compliance.
• Analyze business data, identify performance gaps and implement improvement opportunities.
• Conduct mid-term reviews, performance discussions and appraisal processes for the assigned circle.
• Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes related to people, product, cash, inventory and assets.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards across stores and the regional office.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Maintenance, Commercial and Supply Chain.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership teams to achieve business and customer service goals.
