Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall operations of multiple retail stores.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement retail sales strategies and promotional plans.
• Monitor store-wise sales, conversion, average billing and staff performance.
• Lead, motivate and train Store Managers and retail sales teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor stock availability, stock movement, inventory accuracy, damages, returns and slow-moving products.
• Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and store standards.
• Analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Marketing, HR and Accounts teams.
• Control operational expenses and improve store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance, grooming and discipline standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for new stores, business growth and market expansion.
• Prepare and present regular retail performance reports to management.

• Experience in handling multiple retail outlets or a large retail team.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management and store operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail/ERP software.
• Willingness to travel between stores when required.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, footwear, fashion, supermarket or consumer retail will be preferred.
