Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC chiller sales professional to drive business generation by engaging customers, consultants and contractors in the Gurugram region. The role involves identifying opportunities for chillers, managing key customers, and coordinating with pre-sales and service teams to close orders.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, finalizing orders, maintaining margins, and collaborating with the controls and sales teams to generate quality bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5+ years’ relevant HVAC Chiller Sales/Industrial Chiller Sales background.

Responsibilities

• Cover and engage customers, consultants, contractors and all key stakeholders for business generation.
• Interact with HVAC Contractors and manage relationships.
• Identify opportunities for Applied Products (Chillers) to generate leads and secure jobs.
• Manage key customers in the assigned region.
• Handle quality bids and coordinate with sales teams to close orders.

• Customer, Consultants ,contractor and all key stakeholder Coverage and Engagement for business generation
• HVAC Contractors interaction and relationships
• Identify opportunity for Applied Products (Chillers), to generate leads/found jobs
• Key Customers Management for the Assignedregion
• Handling quality Bids

Job Requirements:

• Customers Meeting, discussions and Finalizations for Orders
• Accountability for Revenue generation
• Maintaining margins
• Close coordination with Service and Controls sales team and generating leads for these streams
• Close Coordination with Pre-Sales Team
• Alignment with the Functions for closure of clean orders

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 5+ years’ relevant HVAC Chiller Sales/Industrial Chiller Sales Background.
