Job summary

Topgear Consultants seeks a results-oriented sales professional to drive HVAC chillers and heat pumps sales. You will engage consultants, contractors and end clients, provide technical solutions, and present demos to close orders.

Your role includes developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams for on-time delivery. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC technical sales / B2B sales experience required.
• Experience with chillers and heat pumps beneficial.
• Client-facing skills including quotations and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel and visit customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC chillers and heat pumps to consultants, contractors, and end clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the HVAC market.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and understand their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations.
• Prepare sales proposals, techno-commercial offers, and quotations.
• Negotiate with customers and support order closure and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Support sales strategy and target planning; guide junior team members.

• Handle sales of HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps to consultants, contractors, and end clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the HVAC market.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and understand their requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate HVAC technical solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, techno-commercial offers, and quotations.
• Negotiate with customers and support the team in order closure and revenue generation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, and internal teams for smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new opportunities.
• Track sales pipeline, targets, and performance and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Support the General Manager/Sales Manager in sales strategy and target planning.
• Guide and support junior sales team members and contribute to achieving overall team targets.
• Travel to customer sites, meetings, consultant offices, and project locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience in HVAC Technical Sales / B2B Sales
• Strong knowledge of Chillers and Heat Pumps
• Experience dealing with HVAC Consultants, Contractors & End Clients
• Good Business Development & Client Relationship Management
