The CTO will drive technical excellence, oversee scheduling, budgets, quality, and safety, and mentor the engineering team.

The role demands proven leadership, budgeting, contract administration, and stakeholder management to ensure timely delivery and compliance across multiple large-scale projects on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading high-rise building projects.
• Solid expertise in construction management, budgeting, contracts, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and project execution teams to drive technical excellence.
• Ensure timely project delivery and optimize project costs.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce HSE compliance across all sites.
• Oversee large-scale high-rise residential and commercial developments and manage client/stakeholder relationships.
