Job summary

Sethia Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Chief Technical Officer to lead the technical execution of large residential and commercial projects. The role requires guiding PMs and site teams, reviewing drawings, BOQs, and construction methodologies, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP teams, manage planning, monitor progress, and report key technical matters to senior management.

Qualifications

• 1520 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with large residential and commercial developments
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing, construction planning, QA/QC, and project execution

Excellent knowledge of RCC, finishing, construction planning, QA/QC, and project execution. Strong leadership, decision-making, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience with reputed developers/EPC companies will be preferred.
