Job summary

Rama Reflection seeks a senior technical leader to head its Solar EPC, BESS projects, and O&M operations. You will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover, while ensuring safety, performance, and cost optimization.

The role requires leading large technical teams, developing strategic technical plans, and coordinating with the Director to drive business growth and operational excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• Proven senior technical leadership in Solar EPC or renewable energy.
• Experience managing large technical teams and projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of solar project execution and O&M operations.
• Exposure to BESS projects, including integration and commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical grids, safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete technical department, including Solar EPC, BESS Projects, and O&M operations.

• Establish technical SOPs, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems.
• Build and lead technical teams, ensuring accountability and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with the Director and other departments on technical strategy, business growth, and operational performance.

• Practical exposure to BESS projects, including system integration, installation, or commissioning.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, grid integration, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and project management skills.
