Job summary

MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services is seeking a qualified professional to lead rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects from planning to commissioning in Pune. You will coordinate site surveys, design reviews, and approvals, while supervising civil, structural, and electrical installations.

The role includes procurement, vendor negotiations, and ensuring on-time delivery and safety compliance. Ideal candidates have B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and proven leadership in Solar EPC,

• Experience in Solar EPC and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Handle site surveys, engineering and design coordination, and technical approvals.
• Supervise civil, structural, electrical installation, and site execution activities.
• Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, BOQ, and material planning.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and manpower.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage testing, commissioning, grid connectivity, and project handover.
• Oversee solar plant O&M, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring.

Experience: 815 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, from planning to commissioning.
• Handle site surveys, engineering and design coordination, and technical approvals.
• Supervise civil, structural, electrical installation, and site execution activities.
• Manage purchase, procurement, vendor negotiations, BOQ, and material planning.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and manpower.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage testing, commissioning, grid connectivity, and project handover.
• Oversee solar plant O&M, preventive maintenance, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Solar EPC, project execution, and team management.
• Knowledge of solar design, procurement, electrical systems, and O&M.
• Good leadership, cost-control, planning, and client-handling skills.
