Job summary

Dilip Buildcon is seeking a Head of Solar Projects to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale solar ventures, from design through commissioning. You will own project profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, manage teams, and coordinate with clients and authorities.

The role requires a proven track record in EPC solar programs, with 18-28+ years of experience and strong PV technical knowledge. Based in India, it offers strategic leadership across multiple MW-scale projects and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 18-28 years of experience in solar project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle from planning to commissioning, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, manage P&L, and provide strategic direction for multiple projects.
• Review designs, technology selection, and system configurations (civil and electrical).
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local, state, and national regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies.

A Head of Solar Projects leads the end-to-end execution of large-scale (MW-level) solar projects, managing design, procurement, site construction, and commissioning. They are responsible for project profitability, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery. Typical requirements include 18-28+ years of experience in solar project management, with a strong background in EPC operations and technical proficiency in PV technology.
