Job summary

Ksquare Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Solar EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution from planning to handover.

You will review designs, BOQs, and technical specs, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 815 years of experience in solar EPC, project execution, or technical project management.
• Strong knowledge of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems, electrical components, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to independently review engineering drawings, SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading technical or operations teams.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, budgeting, and project reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, MIS, dashboards, and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end solar EPC projects, from technical planning and engineering to installation, commissioning, and handover.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, dispatch, installation, service, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, material planning, quality, and execution progress across multiple projects.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Lead project managers, engineers, and execution teams; establish SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems.
• Conduct site visits for technical assessments, quality inspections, progress reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support cost optimization, vendor coordination, and tendering activities with technical inputs as required.
