This is a full-time Chief Operations Officer role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of on-site and work-from-home days.
The Chief Operations Officer will oversee day-to-day operations across GBG EVs fleet, hubs, and support functions, ensuring efficient processes and high service quality for investors, riders, and delivery partners.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing fleet utilization, strengthening hub performance, and driving continuous improvement in safety, compliance, and customer experience.
The role will collaborate closely with finance, technology, and business development teams to align operations with growth objectives, manage budgets and KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
The Chief Operations Officer will also build and mentor high-performing teams, establish scalable systems and SOPs, and contribute to long-term business planning and expansion initiatives.
