Job summary

ScopeHR Services in Chennai, India seeks an experienced operations leader to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate developments—from land procurement, planning and design coordination to construction, quality control and handover.

Lead regulatory and legal collaboration to secure timely approvals, ensure RERA compliance, and mitigate site risks across active and upcoming projects. Build robust procurement networks and implement vendor performance metrics to support strategic goals.

1. Operational Leadership & Project Execution

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of real estate developments—from land procurement, planning, and design coordination to construction, quality control, and handover.

2. Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Management

Partner closely with regulatory and legal teams to ensure time-bound statutory approvals, clear land titles, and strict adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and real estate laws (e.g., RERA compliance).

Mitigate operational and regulatory risks across all active and upcoming sites.

3. Supply Chain, Vendor & Procurement Management

Scale and optimize contractor, vendor, and material procurement networks to negotiate favorable pricing without compromising quality.

Implement robust vendor evaluation and performance-tracking metrics.

4. Cross-Functional Integration & Strategy

Act as a bridge between the executive office and department heads (Operations, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and CRM) to align daily outputs with long-term company goals.

5. Performance Management & Culture

Foster a high-accountability, performance-driven work culture that prioritizes workplace safety, transparency, and collaboration.
