Sapscon Engineering Constructions in India is seeking a seasoned Civil EPC Project Leader to drive planning, execution, and delivery across multiple sites. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, equipment, and construction teams to meet schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of civil experience, a proven EPC track record, and strong leadership with expertise in contracts, project controls, and risk management.

Qualifications

• B.E. Civil with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Proven track record in handling multi-location projects with strong expertise in EPC project.
• Excellent leadership, Extensive knowledge of contract management, project controls, commercial operations, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-location infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project management, engineering, procurement, equipment, and construction teams to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure full adherence to statutory regulations, environmental norms, and HSE standards.
• Review project performance, resource utilization, cash flow, billing and overall profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives within the infrastructure sector.
