Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the company's end-to-end functions in Capital Markets & Financial Services business.

The COO will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, risk control, process efficiency, technology enablement, and scalable business & operations. The role will work closely with senior leadership team and Board to translate business strategy into effective execution while maintaining strong governance and control frameworks.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, compliance with SEBI, Exchanges, and Depository.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, and applicable regulators.
• Drive operational risk management, internal controls, governance, and audit.
• Improve processes through automation, technology, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, KRAs, and performance.
• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Support functions.
• Develop and maintain strong operational risk-management and internal-control frameworks business continuity.
• Establish appropriate maker-checker controls, authorization frameworks, segregation of duties, and exception-management processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations leadership team and build a high-performance culture.
