The Chief Operating Officer drives operational excellence across MicroMitti — turning strategy into disciplined, day-to-day execution and building the systems that let the company scale without losing control. This is the role that institutionalizes MicroMitti: clean operating rhythms, reliable reporting, SOP compliance, and cross-functional accountability. It is also the role that ultimately enables the founder to step back from daily operations.

Why this role matters now: MicroMitti’s next phase is about operating discipline — fixing reporting integrity, enforcing SOPs, and aligning cost-to-output. The COO owns that institutionalization and is the prerequisite for genuine founder delegation.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Translate the CEO’s strategy into actionable roadmaps with quarterly milestones and clear owners.
• Install and run the company’s operating rhythm — weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews—with disciplined action tracking and closure.
• Drive SOP compliance and the governance frameworks across departments; make accountability the default.

Reporting Integrity & Single Source of Truth

• Ensure every department reports off the same numbers — eliminate conflicting totals for the same project across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Construction.
• Own cross-functional MIS quality so leadership decisions rest on reliable data.

Cost-to-Output & Performance

• Partner with Finance to align cost-to-output, monitor performance metrics, and drive corrective action on efficiency and profitability.
• Identify operational gaps, remove execution bottlenecks, and build scalable systems ahead of growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and align operational teams across functions; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Coordinate Sales, Pre-Sales, Construction, Finance, HR, and Legal toward shared priorities.

Governance, Risk & Technology

• Maintain governance, compliance, and audit readiness across operations.
• Drive PropTech-enabled digital transformation (ERP, CRM) to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

Qualification

• MBA or equivalent; background in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 12‑18 years in senior operational leadership, ideally in PropTech, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or BFSI.
• Proven record of institutionalizing a fast‑growing, founder‑led company — building systems, reporting, and governance from an early stage.
