Job summary

Shreeji Infrastructure seeks a seasoned Program Director to lead planning, execution, and delivery of highway, road, bridge, and infrastructure projects across multiple locations in India.

You will drive strategy, ensure profitability, monitor schedules and budgets, manage client relationships with government agencies, and oversee tendering, contract management, and risk controls while developing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in EPC, HAM, BOT and government-funded highway projects.
• Extensive knowledge of contract management, project controls, commercial operations, and risk management.
• Proven experience handling large-scale projects and multi-location operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution, and delivery of highway, road, bridge, and infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
• Drive project strategy, operational excellence, profitability, and business growth in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety compliance, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee project management, engineering, procurement, equipment, and construction teams to ensure timely completion.
• Manage client relationships with government agencies, consultants, and stakeholders including entities such as National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, and state authorities.
• Lead tendering, bidding, contract management, claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution activities.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, environmental norms, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Review project performance, resource utilization, cash flow, billing, collections, and profitability across all projects.
• Develop and mentor senior leadership teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion initiatives within the infrastructure sector.
