Job summary

BuildKartX in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive end-to-end order fulfilment, dealer management and delivery excellence as we scale across Karnataka and India.

You will lead the operations, business development and support teams, set targets, build processes, SOPs and dashboards for dealers, drivers and customers, and plan expansion with the founders while managing budgets and key partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, supply chain or B2B marketplace roles.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Track record of scaling operations at a B2B, logistics or construction materials business.
• Strong with numbers, people and execution.
• MBA or equal experience preferred.

Responsibilities
