Job summary

Recrivio in Bengaluru is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end fulfilment centre operations, last-mile delivery, installation and after-sales service.

You will own warehouse operations, inventory control, delivery execution, service quality and cost management, with leadership of blue-collar teams and collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain and sales to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment or last-mile operations with at least 2 years managing a site or complete function.
• Experience across warehousing, delivery operations and after-sales service.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS platforms, dashboards and inventory management.
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi or English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound QC, storage, inventory, picking and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize stock ageing and damage, and improve warehouse productivity.
• Plan manpower, shifts and resources to meet dispatch targets efficiently.
• Lead last-mile delivery, fleet management, route planning and installation teams for on-time deliveries.
• Oversee after-sales service, repairs, replacements, service turnaround time and escalation resolution.
• Build and develop blue-collar teams through supervisors and leads.
• Track KPIs, budgets and cost per order using ERP/WMS and dashboards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, lean processes, warehouse safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Opportunity

A fast-growing premium furniture and home lifestyle company is looking for an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end fulfilment centre operations, last-mile delivery, installation and after-sales service.

This role offers complete ownership of warehouse operations, inventory management, delivery execution, service quality, team leadership and operational costs, with a direct impact on customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound QC, storage, inventory, picking and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize stock ageing and damage, and improve warehouse productivity.
• Plan manpower, shifts and resources to meet dispatch targets efficiently.
• Lead last-mile delivery, fleet management, route planning and installation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Reduce transit damage and improve installation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee after-sales service, repairs, replacements, service turnaround time and escalation resolution.
• Build, manage and develop blue-collar teams through supervisors and functional leads.
• Track operational KPIs, budgets and cost per order using ERP/WMS systems and dashboards.
• Develop and implement SOPs, lean processes, warehouse safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, sales and customer support on capacity planning and operational readiness.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse, fulfilment or last-mile operations, including at least 2 years managing a site or complete function.
• Experience across at least two of the following: warehousing, delivery operations and after-sales service.
• Proven ability to manage large frontline teams, supervisors, staffing and performance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS platforms, operational dashboards and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience managing budgets and optimizing operational costs.
• Graduate degree; engineering, supply chain, operations or an MBA in Operations is preferred.
• Fluency in Kannada and Hindi or English.

Preferred Experience

• Background in furniture, modular interiors, appliances, electronics or large-format e-commerce.
• Exposure to bulky or fragile products requiring home delivery and installation.
• Knowledge of warehouse layout planning, racking and material handling equipment.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth business, with exposure to lean operations or warehouse automation.
