  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model financial projections, manage risk, and assess business performance. Optimize capital structure and drive cash flow planning to ensure the company meets its long-term financial targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all financial and legal compliance requirements are met, including statutory, regulatory, and legal reporting. Develop a robust internal control framework to mitigate financial risks and safeguard assets. Maintain accountability for audit readiness, adherence to corporate governance policies, and engagement with regulatory bodies.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide thought leadership on financial strategies to enhance profitability, operational efficiency, and investor confidence. Engage in high-level decision-making regarding mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Lead the development of financial performance metrics to track growth, ROIs, and profitability.
