Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in commerce, economics, or finance; MBA or Masters in Business Analytics.
• Certifications include ITIL 4 Foundation, MS Excel, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, and time-management coursework.
• Required skills include Critical Thinking, CRM, data-driven decision making, executive presence, leadership, project management, storytelling, and strategic planning.
