Qualifications

• Ability to lead strategic sourcing and capex procurement strategies.

Competencies o Should have handled Capex procurement for API, Formulation & Chemicals facilities in Pharma industry (Annual Spend Volume Rs. 500-700 Crore) oExposure in pharma process equipment, Utility equipment’s & contracts (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC etc.) oData Analytics oSound reporting and presentation skills oExperience in working across complex Service & Supply agreements ( Domestic & International) oDemonstrated success in negotiating with Vendors oClear communication skills, both verbally and in written format. oStrong analytical and problem solving skills, Good in MS Excel oAbility to influence key stakeholdersEssential QualificationBachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Civil / Chemical/ Electrical) degree from a reputed institute.
