Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in business, engineering, logistics or related fields, plus a Master’s in operations management.
• Certifications CPIM, CPP, CPSM, CSCP and related procurement credentials are preferred.
• Strong in contract management, data analytics and strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing category-specific sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Identify and evaluate key suppliers, supporting contract negotiations for favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, maintaining relationships to ensure quality, reliability and on-time delivery.
• Analyze market trends, pricing and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business requirements.
• Maintain records and documentation of supplier evaluations, contracts and sourcing activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and category management.
