ROLE

• – Able to operate the entire distillery complex with commitment, determination, energy and accountability to achieve the results
• – Facilitates team working, supports and encourages others
• – Creating and maintaining detailed records of production & operations
• – Industrial relations, Labour & HR
• – Effective collaborator and communicator with Co’s support groups
• – Demonstrated inclusive leadership and excellent communication skills
• – Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness in the production facilities
• – Participate in the hiring of production support staff
