The incumbent shall oversee the entire distillation process, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing efficiency. Manages liquefaction, fermentation, distillation, and ZLD operations to maintain high ENA production standards. Works closely with quality, R&D, and production teams to ensure consistency and innovation.

Competencies Required
