Job summary

Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd is seeking a production leader to oversee bottling line activities, ensuring efficiency and quality. The role involves driving OEE and yield improvements, and guiding a team to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in bottling or similar roles with strong leadership and GMP/HACCP/FSSAI compliance knowledge. Experience in IMFL bottling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of bottling line production or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, Yield Management and related processes.
• GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 & FSSAI Compliance knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team.
• Understanding of IMFL/Bottling operations.
• Filling, Capping, Labelling & Packing Line management.
• OEE, Yield & Loss Control.
