Job summary

Naperol Investments Limited seeks an experienced finance leader to manage strategic finance and accounts for a listed company. The role focuses on cash flow management, budgeting, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations, driving financial health and strategic decision-making.

The candidate should be CA with exposure to listed company finance management and should be located near Kalyan/Ambivli area for convenience.

Qualifications

• CA qualification (preferred).
• Experience in finance management of a listed company (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Funds (cash flow) management, trend analysis and risk assessment.
• Budgeting & Forecasting (laying down budgetary control mechanism).
• Achieve financial targets consistently (EBITDA, PBT, PAT, etc).
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Treasury and Working Capital Management.
• Maintain/develop Banking & Lender Relations, Investor relations.
• Trade Finance (LC, BG, Import/Export Finance).
• MIS & Board Reporting.
• Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Audit Management.
• Maintain regulatory Compliances (audits) and internal controls.
• Cost controls, margins/profitability management (good finance health) & Business Partnering/Stakeholder Management.
• Investment Evaluation & Capital Allocation.
