The role covers financial planning, budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, compliance, risk management, MIS, and strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates hold CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent with 15+ years in finance leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of driving profitability and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts function.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.
• Monitor P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, PF, and statutory requirements.
• Manage internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditors.
• Establish strong financial controls, processes, and risk management systems.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy.
• Manage banking relationships, loans, investments, and financial arrangements.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
• Collaborate closely with CEO, MD, and business heads.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function. • Experience handling large teams and complex financial operations
