Chief Financial Officer (Qualified CA)

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management team to drive business growth, improve profitability, and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes to ensure financial targets are met and the business remains on track for growth.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify financial risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance.
• Investor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of the company’s financial performance, growth prospects, and risk factors.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Provide strategic direction and professional development opportunities for team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth. Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work.
