Job summary

Bigshare Services in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to oversee all financial operations, including accounting, taxation, budgeting, and reporting. You will prepare MIS, cash flow analyses and profitability reports while ensuring GST, TDS, IT compliance and ROC requirements.

The role involves coordinating with auditors and banks, managing fund management activities, and guiding strategic financial decisions to support growth. Immediate joiner preferred.
