Minivel Services in Mumbai seeks a CA-qualified Finance & Accounts professional with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience. The role covers end-to-end accounting operations, GL/AP/AR, reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

  • CA qualified with 2–4 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Exposure to MIS reporting, variance analysis, and Budget vs Actuals.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
  • Excellent Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and transaction recording.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and expense validations.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial reports with variance analysis.
  • Monitor Budget vs Actuals and highlight deviations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
  • Support finance process improvement and automation initiatives.

Job description

  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial data.
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Support finance process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate finance-related information.
  • Maintain accurate and timely financial records for management reporting and decision-making.
  • Support the Head Finance & Accounts in broader finance and reporting activities. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
  • CA qualified with 2 - 4 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in accounting operations, GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Good exposure to MIS reporting, variance analysis, and Budget vs Actuals.
  • Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit coordination.
  • Strong Excel skills, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Experience with Tally, SAP, or other ERP/accounting systems.
  • Candidates from real estate, retail, mall management, asset management, infrastructure, or other structured finance environments would be preferred.
  • Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a process‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
  • Exposure to budgeting, FP&A, automation, or process improvement will be an added advantage.
  • Ideally based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
