3P Consultants is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to drive manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, localisation and commercial growth in India, executing the long-term expansion strategy. The role demands 10–15+ years of industrial leadership and a strong track record in P&L management.

The candidate will lead an India-based team, industrialize European-product transfers, and build local supplier networks while ensuring safety, quality and cost competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• 10–15+ years of industrial leadership experience.
• Strong manufacturing and operations background.
• Experience in hydraulics, off-highway or precision components.
• Greenfield/Brownfield factory expansion experience.
• Proven P&L management and leadership skills.
