Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Drive the overall company vision and strategy, executing strong plans to scale revenue.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, acquire clients, and form strategic partnerships to bring in new business.
• Liaisoning & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships and liaison with key stakeholders, government bodies, clients, and industry partners.
• Manpower & Payroll Management: Enhance team efficiency, oversee manpower allocation, and ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Operational Excellence: Effectively manage daily business operations, financial budgeting, and P&L (Profit & Loss).

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a CEO, COO, or Senior Executive Leadership role.
• Core Expertise: Strong track record in Business Development (BD) and client acquisition. Solid experience in government/corporate liaisoning. In-depth understanding of large-scale manpower management and payrolling.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Education: MBA or Masters Degree in Management or a related field preferred.
