Job summary

Superb Land Space in Chennai seeks a results-driven executive to define vision and growth strategy. You will own P&L, drive land acquisition, JVs, and expansion, and oversee sales, marketing, and project execution.

The role requires strong fundraising and investor relations, deep knowledge of RERA compliance, and a proven ability to build and lead a senior management team while engaging with government bodies, landowners, and contractors.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with strong business acumen.
• 5–10+ years in real estate with leadership experience.
• Proven P&L ownership and scaling experience.
• Expertise in land acquisition, JVs/JDA, and RERA compliance.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Extensive network with landowners, government bodies, and investors.
