Job summary

Sreeramagiri Management Services seeks a senior leader to drive vision and growth across strategy, P&L, and major project wins. The role oversees acquisitions, JVs and fundraising while ensuring strong governance and risk management.

The candidate will report to the Board, manage bank guarantees & bonding, and build a leadership bench for sustainable expansion in the Indian market.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech Civil with MBA preferred; 20+ years in construction/infra/real estate.
• 8+ years in senior leadership with P&L ownership and large contract wins.
• Experience in fundraising, bank guarantees, bonding, and JV negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and growth: strategy, P&L, mega-project/NIT wins, acquisitions and JVs.
