Key Requirements

• 20 to 30 years of overall professional experience
• 5 to 10+ years in a CEO / Managing Director / Business Head / Country Head / Senior P&L Leadership role
• Proven experience managing a business of approximately 500 Crore+
• Strong track record of scaling businesses, developing new markets and building leadership teams
• Strong B2B sales, key account management and solution-based selling experience
• Experience in Building Technologies, Industrial Safety, Electrical Systems, Automation, Engineered Equipment, EPC, Fire Protection or related sectors
