Job summary

CBRE Chennai is seeking an experienced Infra & Facilities Lead to oversee upgrades across HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, elevators, STP, BMS, Fire & Safety, and plumbing. Drive modernization and automation to improve efficiency and asset life.

You will manage handovers for new or acquired buildings, perform risk analyses, and address escalations for major breakdowns. Lead Infra Engineers and coordinate OEM/AMC vendors for quality and compliance, while handling Capex and CAM inputs.

Responsibilities

• Manage upgrades of HVAC, Electrical, DG Sets, Elevators, STP, BMS, Fire & Safety and Plumbing
• Lead infra modernization, retrofit, and automation projects for efficiency and asset life.
• Oversee handover of new/acquired buildings for smooth operations.
• Conduct infrastructure assessments, risk analysis, snag closure, and reviews.
• Act as escalation point for major breakdowns and drive root cause analysis.
• Supervise Infra Engineers across sites and ensure team performance.
• Manage OEM/AMC vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Prepare Capex budgets, lifecycle plans, MIS reports and CAM inputs.
• Review critical equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.

• Act as the escalation point for major equipment breakdowns and drive root cause analysis.
• Supervise Infra Engineers across multiple sites and ensure effective team performance.
• Manage and monitor OEM/AMC vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Prepare and manage Capex budgets, lifecycle planning, MIS reports, and CAM inputs.
• Review critical equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements.
