Job summary

SHININGSTARS ITPL invites applicants for Chat & Voice Process roles across Noida, Gurgaon and Lucknow. UG/Grad can apply and freshers are welcome. Salary up to 3.6 LPA with six working days and day shifts.

One-side cab in odd hours; quarterly bonus and incentives based on performance. Interview mode is Walk-In with three rounds. Ug/Grad candidates may apply, fresher candidates may apply; roles include customer support with product knowledge and strong communication.
