Shiningstars ITPL in Noida is hiring a Customer Support Executive for a multinational BPO. Freshers or experienced candidates with excellent English communication are welcome. Shift: Rotational; cab facility and 5 days working per week are provided.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving queries via voice, email, and chat, and maintaining quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Join us to deliver superior customer service for international clients.

Shift Details

• Shift: Rotational Shifts
• Cabs are provided
• Work Schedule: 5 days working per week
• Rotational week off
