Talent Acquaintance in India is seeking a customer support specialist to deliver exceptional chat-based assistance, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a chat or non-voice BPO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
