Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Textile and Real Estate industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts including revenue, profitability, cash flow and working capital projections.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports, dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse actual vs. budget vs. forecast with variance analyses and business insights.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans and financial projections with scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Conduct financial and business analysis covering revenue, margins, costs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business teams to provide actionable financial insights and cost/performance optimisation.

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to manage financial operations, compliance, taxation, and reporting for our Textile and Real Estate businesses.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts, including revenue, profitability, cash flow and working capital projections.
• Prepare and analyse MIS reports, management dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse actual vs. budget vs. forecast performance and provide detailed variance analysis with key business insights.
• Prepare annual budgets, business plans, financial projections and scenario/sensitivity analysis to support management decisions.
• Conduct financial and business analysis covering revenue, margins, costs, profitability, cash flows and key financial KPIs.
• Work closely with Finance and Business teams to provide actionable financial insights, support strategic initiatives and drive cost and performance optimisation.
