Job summary

Smart Work Consultants is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead the financial accounting, compliance, reporting, costing, audit, and financial control functions for a textile manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing finance, cost accounting, statutory compliance, MIS, and financial analysis.

You will manage end-to-end finance operations, prepare periodic financial statements, oversee statutory compliance including GST and TDS, and

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in financial analysis and manufacturing finance.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems in a textile/manufacturing setup.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and MIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete finance and accounting operations for the textile mill.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
• Monitor costing, profitability, and production-related financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables and payables.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Provide management with financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate accounting through ERP/SAP systems.
