Job summary

Bannari Amman Spinning Mills is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and provide financial insights to Management.

You will lead MIS reporting, Ind-AS financials, working capital management, budgeting, tax compliance and internal controls to optimize profitability and liquidity.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA (mandatory).
• 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in textile/spinning mill costing and finance operations.
• Strong MIS, analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• MIS & Management Reporting: daily/weekly/monthly MIS for sales, profitability, working capital, receivables and KPIs.
• Ind-AS Financial Reporting: quarterly Ind AS statements, schedules, reconciliations and disclosures.
• Working Capital & Treasury: monitor cash flows, receivables, payables, inventory and banking facilities.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: prepare annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• P2P & Receivables Management: oversee procure-to-pay, vendor payments, customer outstanding and credit control.
• Investment & Payback Analysis: prepare payback, ROI/IRR and feasibility analyses for capex and projects.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: oversee TDS, income tax, GST and returns/compliance.
• Banking & Fund Management: manage banking relationships and fund requirements.
• Cost & Profitability Management: monitor costs, margins and EBITDA; identify savings.
• Audit & Internal Controls: coordinate with auditors and strengthen controls and reconciliations.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: provide insights for pricing, investments, credit, expansion.
• Team & Process Management: lead the finance team and ensure timely reporting and compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Textile/Any industry to manage the complete Finance & Accounts function and provide financial insights to Management.

Key Responsibilities

• MIS & Management Reporting: Preparation and review of daily, weekly and monthly MIS covering sales, profitability, working capital, receivables, payables and key business performance indicators.
• Ind-AS Financial Reporting: Preparation and review of quarterly Ind AS financial statements, schedules, reconciliations and disclosures.
• Working Capital & Treasury: Monitoring cash flows, receivables, payables, inventory and banking facilities to optimize liquidity and finance costs.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and business plans, with periodic variance analysis and corrective actions.
• P2P & Receivables Management: Oversight of procure-to-pay processes, vendor payments, customer outstanding, ageing, credit control and collection performance.
• Investment & Payback Analysis: Preparation of payback, ROI/IRR and financial feasibility analysis for Capex, projects and business proposals.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Oversight of TDS, Income Tax, GST and other finance-related statutory compliances, including reconciliations, returns and notices.
• Banking & Fund Management: Managing banking relationships, working capital limits, fund requirements, renewals, enhancements and interest negotiations.
• Cost & Profitability Management: Monitoring costs, margins and EBITDA, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving overall profitability.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordination with statutory/internal/tax auditors and strengthening financial controls, reconciliations and compliance processes.
• Financial Analysis & Decision Support: Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for pricing, investments, credit, expansion and strategic decisions.
• Team & Process Management: Leading the finance team, reviewing performance, improving finance processes and ensuring timely completion of reporting and compliances.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation and Financial Reporting.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Experience in textile/spinning mill costing and finance operations.
• Strong MIS, analytical and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Candidates with relevant experience in textile mills/spinning mills will be preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 Years (Freshers can also apply)
