Job summary

Central Hr Solutions is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee financial accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, audits, and financial controls. The role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and taxation, and the ability to work independently while supporting management in financial decisions.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • 25 years of post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Experience in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and ERP-based accounting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and financial records.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances within applicable timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory audit requirements.
  • Perform bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Review expenses, invoices, purchase/sales documentation, and financial controls.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act requirements, and tax regulations.
  • Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and control gaps and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, costing, financial analysis, and business decisions.
  • Coordinate with banks, consultants, auditors, tax professionals, and other external stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Job Summary

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet statutory deadlines.
Experience & Qualification
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  • 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience preferred.
  • Experience in taxation, audit, financial reporting, and ERP-based accounting will be an advantage.
