Straive in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Chargeback Analyst to manage fraud and non-fraud chargebacks across card networks and optimize evidence strategies. You will work with processor portals, payment gateways, and CRMs to improve win ratios while meeting daily targets.

The role requires 1–4 years of ecommerce chargeback experience with a merchant-facing focus and a strong understanding of chargeback lifecycles across networks.

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce chargeback and dispute resolution, with a focus on the merchant side.
• Strong knowledge of chargeback lifecycle and rules across all card networks in CNP.

Requirements:
