Qualifications

• Must be a graduate; finance/commerce background preferred.
• At least 24 years of experience in chargebacks, disputes, or transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS dispute regulations.
• Experience with Australian banking processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process chargebacks, pre-arbitrations, representments, and disputes per card rules.
• Handle moderately complex/high-value dispute cases accurately and timely.
• Assist in work allocation and support junior analysts with queries and case clarifications.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs, quality parameters, and internal controls.
• Prepare daily/weekly productivity and case-status reports.
• Identify trends and gaps; suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Australian client.
• Participate in team huddles and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support audits and proper documentation of dispute cases.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of card scheme rules, hands-on experience in dispute resolution, and the ability to manage complex cases with accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process chargebacks, pre-arbitrations, representments, and dispute cases in accordance with Visa/Mastercard/EFTPOS rules.
• Handle moderately complex and high-value dispute cases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Assist in work allocation and support junior analysts with queries and case clarifications.
• Maintain compliance with client SLAs, quality parameters, and internal controls.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to productivity, accuracy, and case status.
• Identify trends, recurring errors, or process gaps and provide inputs for improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support communication with the Australian client as required.
• Participate in team huddles, calibration sessions, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation of dispute cases.
