The role focuses on expanding revenue with partners, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement. You will promote life insurance solutions, achieve sales targets, and conduct regular partner meetings to optimize channel

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI sector preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Agency or Broking channel will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive growth and retention.

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive business growth and improve retention.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through alternate distribution channels, including corporate agents and brokers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from the existing client and partner base.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, claims, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of partner and customer queries.
• Provide excellent service support to partners and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels and long-term engagement.
• Drive sales targets by promoting life insurance products and solutions through the CAB channel.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews to enhance productivity and channel performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
