Job summary

Bharti Axa Life Insurance is hiring a CAB - Relationship Manager in Guwahati to strengthen corporate agency and broker partnerships. You will drive revenue growth and ensure high partner and customer satisfaction.

The role requires building strong relationships, promoting life insurance solutions, and coordinating with underwriting, operations, claims, and service teams to deliver seamless support and timely resolutions. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Agency or Broking channel is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive growth and retention.
• Identify and acquire new business through alternate distribution channels including corporate agents and brokers.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and customer service to resolve partner and customer queries.
• Drive sales targets by promoting life insurance products through the CAB channel.
• Conduct partner meetings, training, and reviews to enhance channel performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate agency and broking partners to drive business growth and improve retention.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through alternate distribution channels, including corporate agents and brokers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from the existing client and partner base.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting, operations, claims, and customer service to ensure timely resolution of partner and customer queries.
• Provide excellent service support to partners and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels and long-term engagement.
• Drive sales targets by promoting life insurance products and solutions through the CAB channel.
• Conduct regular partner meetings, training sessions, and business reviews to enhance productivity and channel performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
