Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company in Serampore, India, is seeking an Agency Manager/ Business Manager/ Senior Business Manager/ Deputy Manager to lead a sales team. You will recruit quality insurance advisors, onboard licensed advisors, and drive the sales targets set by the company.

You will motivate and train advisors, monitor performance, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the profitability of the team through persistent policy acquisition.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in life insurance and financial services.
• Graduate any discipline.
• Age 25-40, resident of hiring city for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure licensing to achieve sales targets.
• Motivate the advisors to achieve sales targets; provide on-the-job training and manage performance of the advisors.
• Relationship management with stakeholders.
• Maintain persistence for the policies procured by the team to ensure profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduates
  Experience: Min. 2 Year from life insurance and financial services
  Age should be between 25-40. He should be a resident of the city we are hiring for 5+ years.
• Domicil min 2 years
• CTC : 3 LPA to 6 LPA
• Two-Wheeler with valid License.
• Incentives & other Rewards awaiting to be conquered.
